Richard A. Lemmons, 37, of Jonesboro died Sunday, November 16, 2008 at NEA Baptist Medical Center. Richard had lived his entire life in Jonesboro and graduated from ASU with honors. He was an avid trumpet player and was proud to have played in the ASU Indian Band. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard A. Lemmons Sr. and his grandparents.
Richard is survived by his mother, Janice Miller, of the home; one brother Chuck Lemmons and wife Christy of Paragould; one sister, Martha-Gail Maynard and husband B.K. of Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dave Burgess and Brother Worth Gibson with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
