Reunion Plans/Schedule

Our reunion dates have been set and the plans are made! Friday evening, we'll meet up at the high school, register for the reunion, tailgate, and attend the homecoming football game. We're going to have a section roped off for our class with signs posted so we can all sit and cheer together. Then we're going to head out to Ike's for a casual party, bonfire/BBQ. This will give everyone a chance to just hang out and socialize. Adults only please. Saturday we're going to have a family picnic at Rotary Park in Craighead Forest. For those of you who have not been there in a long time, the children's playground is wonderful. Your kids will love it! Saturday night we're going to have an adults only casual dance/social at the Jonesboro Country Club with heavy appetizers and a great 80's band called Superfive. You can go to http://www.memphissound.com/memphis-bands/superfive/ to hear a few sample tracks. We're considering having reunion shirts made up. If we do, we'll get the word out early so we can get preorders and payment. We're also hoping to book a photographer to take pictures throughout the weekend so pictures can be available for purchase. If you have thoughts on the shirts and photographer, please leave a comment and share. More will be posted as decisions are made.The cost for the weekend is $50 a person, therefore $100 per couple. We're hoping that by getting the word out well in advance everyone can start planning for it. It's going to be a lot of fun! Hope we have a large bunch attend!

Calling all members of JHS class of 1989!

The time has come for us to start trying to gather information on the locations of everyone from the JHS Class of 1989. We need everyone's help to do this.

Please start out by sending an email with YOUR current information to Shea at ds_hallett@hotmail.com. Name (maiden and married), address, city, state, zip, home phone number, and e-mail address. Please let us know if we need to change the email address we used for the 10 year reunion.

Also, please send us any info you have on other members of the class. Please do not assume we already have it, we would rather get it 10 times than not at all. Any information that you can supply will be a great help!

20 Year Reunion

WOW it's hard to believe it's time to start planning for our 20 year reunion! We had our first meeting tonight and made some tentative plans to have the reunion the weekend of Homecoming, October 2nd, 2009.
