Scott's family have made the arrangements. Visitation will be in the Hon Lounge of the First United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 1st. at 2:00 pm. The memorial service will be at 3:00 pm, Saturday in the church sanctuary with Rev. John Miles and Rev. Emil Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park with full military honors.
